Payment Questions

The Convergence Summit Conference operates on a “suggested donation” basis for registration. We aim to make the conference accessible to as many participants as possible while supporting the costs involved in organizing such an event. Each session has a suggested donation amount that helps cover the venue, speaker fees, and other logistical needs

We believe that financial constraints should not prevent anyone from accessing the spiritual enrichment offered at CSC. Suggested donations allow us to sustain the conference’s quality and accessibility while giving attendees the flexibility to contribute according to their capability.

Donations can be made online through our secure payment system at the time of registration. You will find options to enter the amount you wish to contribute. We accept all major credit cards.

Yes, donations to the Convergence Summit Conference are tax-deductible (under New Wine Church as a 501c3). CSC operates under a nonprofit status, and contributions made towards the conference can be included in your tax filings. A receipt of your donation will be provided for your records.

Your donation contributes towards the operational costs of the conference, including venue, speaker fees, technical equipment, and administrative expenses. It also helps subsidize the cost for other attendees who may not be able to afford the full suggested donation.

While no one will be turned away for lack of funds, we encourage a minimum donation of $10 per session to help cover the basic costs per attendee. This gesture ensures that we can continue to offer this enriching experience to all interested participants.

Since the registration is based on donations, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if there are exceptional circumstances, please contact our registration team, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and will be happy to offer you a refund.
